A CV can tell you where someone's worked, and LinkedIn can tell you what they've done.

But neither really tells you how they think, what shapes their decisions, or which ideas quietly changed the way they see the world. Those things are usually hidden in conversations, books, events, failed ideas, and moments of curiosity.

This website brings both together.

Who am I?

I'm Yeşim. For about a year now I've been Chief of Staff at Madlen, a Turkey-based edtech startup. Day to day, I get my hands on a bit of everything:

  • Driving cross-functional execution across strategy, operations, product and partnerships.
  • Leading GTM and early international expansion initiatives.
  • Actively driving the sales cycle, from outbound outreach and meetings to deal progression.
  • Building and deploying agentic workflows to lift internal speed and operational scalability.
  • Contributing to fundraising, joining investor meetings and delivering pitches.

The road here wasn't exactly linear.
